The villa
A closer look
Zwaanswyk Mansion is a generous private retreat above Tokai Forest, with far-reaching greenery and an exceptional choice of spaces for groups to gather or unwind. The terrace, swimming pools and landscaped grounds make the most of the setting, while the interiors balance relaxed family living with resort-style facilities.
Six bedrooms accommodate up to twelve guests, with a seventh bedroom available only by prior arrangement. A cinema room, indoor Jacuzzi, gym, games room, sauna, putting green and water slide make this an especially rewarding base for an extended Cape Town stay. Final bedroom configuration and any optional seventh-room arrangement must be confirmed before booking.
