Set among Constantia's vineyards and oak-lined avenues, Linea is a spacious five-bedroom retreat designed for relaxed family and group stays. Its light-filled living areas look across landscaped gardens towards the mountains, creating a calm setting within easy reach of the Constantia wine route.
The main level brings together an open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with a wood-burning fireplace. A second entertainment kitchen opens directly onto the covered patio, gas braai and pool area, making long lunches and unhurried evenings easy to arrange.
Five en-suite bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests. The principal suite includes a king bed, dressing room, private lounge and balcony, while three further king bedrooms and a downstairs queen bedroom give the group space to spread out. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with a portable unit in the downstairs room.
Outside, guests can enjoy the swimming pool, hot tub, sun loungers, putting green and established gardens. A garage gym, laundry facilities and secure parking for four cars complete the home. Linea is a lived-in family residence between bookings where hypoallergenic Schnauzers reside; it is professionally cleaned and pet-free during guest stays, but guests with strict allergies should enquire before booking.
