The villa
A closer look
Urban Palette Apartment is a bold, art-filled retreat in central Green Point. Natural light, colourful contemporary pieces and city and mountain views give the open-plan lounge and dining area a distinctive character, with a four-seat balcony extending the living space outdoors.
The air-conditioned main bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, while the loft-style queen bedroom has a dedicated shower room and private balcony. A fitted kitchen, Wi-Fi, backup power, two parking bays and access to a communal pool, barbecue area and small gym complete the stay.
This property is strictly adults-only, permits a maximum of two registered guests and does not allow visitors. High drops around the loft make it unsuitable for children and infants. The source currently warns of construction next door and variable noise; this must be reconfirmed before booking. No smoking or parties are permitted, and guest verification is required before arrival.
