Oasis on Joubert is a contemporary Green Point home shaped around generous family living and broad Cape Town views. The open-plan entertaining level combines a gourmet kitchen, ten-seat dining area, fitted bar and relaxed lounge, while glass doors lead to a deck, garden and salt-chlorinated pool overlooking the ocean, harbour, stadium and city.
All four bedrooms are air conditioned, with a mix of king and queen beds and en-suite bathrooms. A separate pyjama lounge, gas fireplaces, automated blinds and lighting, solar power, a private lift and secure parking for two cars add comfort and convenience.
The villa is in a quiet residential neighbourhood with strict noise controls and no parties. Exterior security cameras are present, and the pool may require additional care with young children. Guest registration and verification are required before arrival.
