Royale 203 is a bright, contemporary apartment in the heart of Green Point, well placed for the stadium, V&A Waterfront and the neighbourhood's restaurants. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is framed by Juliette balconies, while the communal rooftop pool and deck look towards Signal Hill and the Atlantic.
The main bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. A queen bedroom has its own shower room. A fully equipped kitchen, six-seat dining table, uncapped Wi-Fi, lift access, backup power and one secure covered parking bay make the apartment an easy base for a Cape Town stay.
