Villa 4A Victoria is a three-storey coastal retreat less than 80 metres from secluded Beta Beach. Sunlight pours through the upper-level living and dining spaces, framing broad ocean views, while a lower lounge opens directly onto a private pool terrace for unhurried mornings and sunset evenings.
Four bedrooms and four bathrooms accommodate up to ten guests. Elegant living areas, a fitted kitchen, outdoor dining, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace and backup power combine the ease of a beach house with the comfort of a polished Camps Bay villa.
The home is arranged over three storeys and includes a private pool, so children require appropriate supervision. The neighbourhood has a relaxed residential atmosphere and beach activity may be visible or audible from the property.
