A closer look
Solmara House is a relaxed coastal home in Llandudno, framed by sea and mountain views and connected to the neighbourhood's Blue Flag beach by a private access gate. Its warm, characterful interiors and sheltered outdoor areas create an easy setting for families and groups who want to stay close to the ocean.
The main living area centres on a wood-burning fireplace and flows into the dining space, bar and fully equipped kitchen. Doors lead onto the pool terrace, where outdoor dining, a fire pit, sun loungers and garden seating make the most of Llandudno's sunsets.
Five bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests. The principal king suite opens to a private patio, while the remaining rooms offer a mix of king, queen and family sleeping arrangements, several with sea or mountain views and direct patio access.
A separate outside room provides an additional lounge, television, desk, kitchenette and bathroom. Backup power supports the lights, Wi-Fi and entertainment systems, while a basketball hoop, outdoor shower and direct beach access add to the villa's appeal for active coastal stays.
