A closer look
Icaria House is an extraordinary cliff-side retreat set high above the Atlantic, where sculptural architecture and landscaped gardens frame uninterrupted ocean, mountain and sunset views. Arranged over four levels, the villa brings its open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge spaces together with extensive outdoor living, a heated pool and a generous barbecue and dining terrace.
Six en-suite bedrooms include three suites in the main villa and three independent guest rooms, offering privacy for families or groups of friends. Air conditioning, underfloor heating and garaging for two cars add year-round comfort, while a private chef can be arranged on request.
The villa occupies steep, multi-level terrain and may not suit guests who find stairs difficult. Children require close supervision around the rocky grounds and uncovered pool. Exterior surveillance cameras monitor the perimeter, and chef services must be arranged separately.
