Bantry Bay Pearl is an easy lock-up-and-go apartment positioned between Clifton and Sea Point. The bright living and dining area opens onto a private balcony with partial ocean views, creating a comfortable base for beach days, city exploring and evenings along the Atlantic Seaboard.
Two double bedrooms share a shower room, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. Wi-Fi, television and a dedicated workspace support longer stays, with restaurants, shops, Clifton's beaches and the Sea Point Promenade all within easy reach.
The apartment is on the third floor and the building has no lift. Ongoing construction in front of the property may cause variable noise. Strict no-smoking and residential noise rules apply, and guest registration and verification are required before arrival.
