Art Villa sits above the Atlantic in Bantry Bay, pairing bold contemporary architecture with a calm, gallery-like interior. Designed by SAOTA with interiors by ARRCC, the home is composed around panoramic ocean views and a sequence of open spaces that move naturally between indoors and out.
The main living level brings together the lounge, dining area, bar and fully equipped kitchen. Glass doors open to a sea-facing terrace with an infinity pool, outdoor seating and sun loungers, creating a private setting for long afternoons and sunset drinks.
Three en-suite bedrooms accommodate up to six guests. The principal suite occupies the upper level, while two guest suites are positioned below, giving each part of the group a sense of privacy. Air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi, housekeeping and backup power support a comfortable stay.
