The villa
A closer look
24 Geneva brings two interlinked contemporary villas together to create an exceptional large-group retreat above Camps Bay. Panoramic ocean and mountain views unfold across bright living spaces, pool decks and rooftop terraces, while the beach and promenade are approximately five minutes away on foot.
Twelve en-suite bedrooms accommodate up to twenty-four guests, including two independent studios with their own kitchens and bathrooms. Eight lounge areas, two private pools, two rooftop jacuzzis, two fireplaces and generous outdoor dining spaces allow groups to gather comfortably without sacrificing privacy. A lift connects the main levels, and solar-and-battery backup, four housekeepers and secure garages support a seamless stay.
The property comprises two connected villas and includes pools, rooftop terraces and multiple levels, so children require appropriate supervision. Bed configurations, staffing schedules and accessibility needs should be confirmed before arrival.
