A closer look
High above the city, 1509 on Strand pairs clean contemporary interiors with wide views across Cape Town, the harbour and the mountain. Floor-to-ceiling glazing fills the open-plan living and dining space with light, while the fitted kitchen and breakfast bar make the apartment equally comfortable for short escapes and longer stays.
Both bedrooms have king-size beds, en-suite shower rooms and block-out blinds. Two secure underground parking bays, lift access, Wi-Fi and the building's hospital-grid location add easy lock-up-and-go convenience close to the V&A Waterfront, city centre and the colourful streets of the Bo-Kaap.
Access is limited to the registered guests named on the booking; the building does not permit visitors. Guest registration and verification are required before arrival.
