Laid out over three storey’s, the main living and kitchen area is on the top floor, here you will find a large TV lounge area with an L-shaped leather couch and a pellet or wood-burning fireplace.
This leads into a dining area with seating for 8 guests and a self-catering kitchen. This room benefits from sea and mountain views in all directions and has doors which open onto a patio, where you can relax on comfortable couches. One floor down is the main entrance to the villa as well as the master suite and second bedroom. Both bedrooms boast King-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, sea views and doors that open onto a shared balcony. The master suite also has an authentic Japanese Onsen wooden bath as well as a private patio area with an outdoor shower. On the lower level are the remaining two bedrooms, both of which have King-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. An entertainment room is also located on this floor, with further dining for 8 guests, a second TV lounge and a built-in BBQ. Doors open onto an outdoor deck, with a Jacuzzi and lap pool. A small footpath between the houses, allows guests to access two of the most secluded beaches in Cape Town, Beta Beach and Bakoven Beach, where you can bask in the sun, have a picnic or take a sunset stroll.
