This exquisite villa is laid out over three levels; it offers luxurious living areas, spacious bedrooms, panoramic sea and mountain views and an exceptional art collection. On the ground level is a study and two bedrooms as well as a gym. Both of these rooms have open plan bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling views of the sea. Inside the gym, there is a massage table for in-house treatments, which can be arranged upon request. The middle level comprises of a drinks bar, a TV lounge, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a dining room and a second lounge. Foldaway glass doors open up onto a lovely patio. Outside there is a sunny pool deck, with an infinity pool, loungers, a BBQ, fire pit, patio lounge, dining for 10 and of course, beautiful ocean views.

When not exploring Cape Town, this is the place to be, particularly on warm sunny days. On the top floor are the remaining three bedrooms; all of which have King-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and sea views. The master suite has doors leading out onto a balcony with a hanging swing chair. The beaches of Clifton and Camps bay are only a short distance away, and the City Center only a 10 minute drive.
